Safe storage of weapons
When owning a weapon – not only a hunting weapon, but also a collector's weapon – we are responsible for its safe storage and protection against unauthorised access. This also applies to the proper protection of ammunition, which must be stored separately. The conditions under which weapons and ammunition are stored are controlled by the Police.
Choose your gun safe
Weapon safes must meet safety requirements. The size of the safe depends on the number of weapons stored in it. Up to 50 firearms can be stored in an S1-class safe. The gun safe should be fixed to the structural elements of the building, so that during a burglary it is more difficult to break into it or steal it altogether. A common occurrence during burglaries is the theft of the entire safe. The heavier and larger your safe is, and the better it has been fixed, the more secure you and your loved ones will be.
