A characteristic feature of the HS 510 series safes is the slot located on the side, which is part of the entire system preventing items from being removed from the interior.

A key lock is the standard security feature we use on our safes. You don't have to remember the opening code and the safe can be accessed by those with a key.

Advantages
  • low price,
  • easy to use and service,
  • flush to the door,
  • ecological (no batteries),
  • access to the safe is restricted to the key holder
Disadvantages
  • the need for secure key storage,
  • the size of the key may make it uncomfortable to carry,
  • risk of breaking or damaging the key,
  • lower security level
For whom is this lock suitable?
Choose if:
  • the price matters and you have somewhere to safely store your key,
  • you have no fear of unauthorised access to your keys and thus to the safe,
  • you like traditional, mechanical devices
Avoid if:
  • more than one person should have access to the safe,
  • you don't want to worry about storing keys or carrying them around with you,
  • you sometimes forget or lose things, especially keys,
  • you will use the safe very often or very rarely
We will be happy to advise you!

Drop safes – secure cash management
Drop safes have the advantage that cash or valuables (e.g. money containers, envelopes, waiter's purses etc.) can be dropped into them without opening the safe. They are used for the safe storage of cash and cash equivalents, especially in catering, petrol stations and solariums.

All employees (e.g. waitresses, cashiers) can drop something into a deposit safe, but only certain people (e.g. management, branch manager) can open it. Drop safes are available with a key lock, combination lock or electronic lock.

Security class

The resistance class of a safe indicates how resistant it is to burglary attempts. This is demonstrated in precisely defined tests carried out by independent testing and certification institutes such as VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH. The resistance class is also important for the insurance protection of the safe's contents.

As a general rule, the higher the resistance class of a safe, the higher the insurance amount for its contents. When selecting the resistance class, you should bear in mind that you are likely to increase the number of valuables over time.
